Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Park Plan LLC ("we," "us"), which operates Your Golf Plan at yourgolfplan.com. By creating an account, submitting a swing, or buying a plan, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What we do
Your Golf Plan connects golfers with independent, certified golf coaches. You upload video of your swing, and a coach reviews it and sends back a written diagnosis, a recommended drill or practice plan, and a recorded video response (a "Swing Analysis"). We are a platform: the coaches are independent professionals, not our employees, and we are not affiliated with any golf course, tour, or membership program.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 to create an account.
- Give us accurate information and keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- Tell us right away at info@yourgolfplan.com if you think someone else has gained access.
Plans, credits, and payment
You can buy:
- Single Review — one Swing Analysis for a one-time fee.
- 5-Pack — five Swing Analyses for a one-time fee, with a dedicated coach (see below).
- Monthly — a recurring monthly subscription that includes up to four Swing Analyses each billing cycle, with a dedicated coach. It renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Current prices are shown on our site and at checkout, and you'll see your total, including any discount code, before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Credits are tied to your account and have no cash value. Unused reviews are not refundable, but you can transfer them to a friend or family member; you can't sell them. You can cancel a subscription at any time and it will stop at the end of the period you've already paid for. We may change prices going forward, but not for a period you've already paid for.
Dedicated coaches
On a 5-Pack or Monthly plan, the coach who handles your first Swing Analysis becomes your dedicated coach, and your later submissions go to that coach. We'll try to keep you with them, but a coach may become unavailable, in which case we may assign you another coach. If you'd like to change coaches, email us.
Turnaround time
Our target is to return a Swing Analysis within 48 hours of it being assigned to a coach. That's a goal, not a guarantee. If a coach doesn't deliver in time, we may reassign your swing to another coach. If you don't receive your analysis, see the Refund Policy.
Your videos and content
- You own the videos, photos, and messages you upload ("Your Content").
- You give us and the coach assigned to you a limited license to store, process, play back, and display Your Content, and to annotate it, only to deliver and improve your Swing Analysis and run the service.
- Only upload video you have the right to share. If other people appear in it, you're responsible for making sure that's okay with them. Don't upload anything unlawful, obscene, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Your coach's written and video response is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may keep it and share it with people you choose, but you may not resell it.
- Sharing a review. We may share a completed review, meaning your coach's recorded analysis and the drill, on social media or in our marketing only if you say yes, either on that review or by choosing the share-friendly price when you buy (which takes $1 off each review in your purchase). When you do, you give us a license to post it on our website and social channels for as long as it stays approved. We'll credit your first name unless you ask to be anonymous. You can change your mind any time from the review page or by emailing info@yourgolfplan.com; we'll stop sharing it and take down posts we control, though we can't recall copies other people have already shared. If you chose the share-friendly price, we wait 48 hours after delivery before posting, and you keep the savings even if you later say no. Saying no never affects your service.
Acceptable use
Don't:
- harass, threaten, or abuse coaches, other members, or our team;
- try to get around payment, share your account, or abuse discount codes;
- scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service or its security;
- use the service for anything unlawful.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Golf and fitness disclaimer
Golf is a physical activity and carries a risk of injury. Coaching is general instruction based on the video you submit; a coach can't see your full movement, your equipment, or your health, and nothing we provide is medical advice. Use your own judgment, stop if something hurts, and talk to a doctor before starting any new physical routine. We don't promise any particular improvement in your game.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and neither Park Plan LLC nor its owners, employees, or the coaches on the platform will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Ending your account
You can stop using the service at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by emailing info@yourgolfplan.com. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is significant we'll notify you by email or on the site. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Park Plan LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If that doesn't work, the courts in that State will have jurisdiction.
